Wandvo ("the Platform") cooperates with law enforcement agencies and responds to valid legal process regarding accounts and content on our service. This page describes how to make a request and how to serve legal process on the company.
We disclose user information only in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, search warrant) issued by a competent authority, or as otherwise permitted under applicable Puerto Rico and U.S. law.

If you have a good-faith belief that there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, we may disclose information without formal legal process, pursuant to the emergency disclosure exceptions under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2702). Mark your request "EMERGENCY" in the subject line and describe the specific nature of the danger.
Wandvo operates as a sole proprietorship based in Puerto Rico, United States. To serve a subpoena, complaint, or other formal legal process on the company, please contact us first at support@wandvo.app indicating the type of document — we will provide the current physical address for delivery.
Wandvo is registered with NCMEC's CyberTipline and proactively reports all suspected child sexual exploitation material pursuant to U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). See the child safety section of our Terms of Service. Authorities may contact us directly for related cases through this same page.
We may preserve specific account data for a reasonable period while corresponding legal process is pending, if requested in writing before account deletion.
