Child Safety Standards

Wandvo is an adults-only service for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed to minors, we do not allow them to register, and we enforce zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Prohibited conduct

The following is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent suspension:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format
Any sexual or sexualized conduct directed at a minor
Grooming, solicitation, or attempted contact with minors for sexual purposes
Sextortion or threats to distribute intimate imagery of a minor
Promoting, soliciting, normalizing, or facilitating any of the above
Use of the service by anyone under 18, with or without supervision

2. How we prevent access by minors

Mandatory age confirmation before access
Identity and age verification (via Stripe Identity) for creators who receive payouts
Automated moderation of live content and uploaded images, including specific minor detection
Account removal when a user is found to be under 18

3. How to report

In the app, the report button is always visible during video calls and live streams, and available on profiles and posts. Child safety reports are prioritized above all others.

You can also contact us directly at childsafety@wandvo.app. This is our designated point of contact for CSAE matters, including inquiries from law enforcement and other platforms.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local authorities first. In the US you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

4. What we do when we receive a report

We remove the content immediately
We permanently suspend the account
We report to NCMEC as required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), including incident and account data
We preserve evidence and associated records as required by law
We cooperate with competent authorities (see our law enforcement page)

Wandvo does not store or redistribute detected material: it is blocked before publication, and only the incident metadata required for legal reporting is retained.

5. Compliance

We operate in accordance with applicable US federal law, including COPPA, FOSTA-SESTA and 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and with the child safety policies of the app stores where Wandvo is distributed.
