Copyright (DMCA) Policy

Wandvo respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of copyright infringement pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. How to Submit a Notice of Infringement
If you have a good-faith belief that content on Wandvo infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@wandvo.app that includes:
- The physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Specific identification of the infringing material and its location on Wandvo (link, username, post ID, or live ID)
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Incomplete notices may delay or prevent us from acting on your claim.
2. What We Do Upon Receiving a Valid Notice
We promptly remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the user who posted it.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@wandvo.app that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Wandvo may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days, unless the original copyright owner notifies us that it has filed a legal action seeking a court order against the user.
4. Repeat Infringers
Wandvo will, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
