You can permanently delete your Wandvo account and associated personal data in two ways:
Open Wandvo → Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and personal data immediately, subject to the retention noted below.
Email support@wandvo.app from the address on your account, or with your username, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify ownership and delete your account and personal data.
Your profile, posts, messages, media, and account identifiers are permanently deleted.
We retain the minimum required by law: transaction and payment records (tax, accounting, anti-fraud), child-safety incident records (federal law), and information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. These are kept only for the legally required period and then deleted.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
